After a week’s free-eating vacation, during which I did a good amount of activity but no running, I’m finding it difficult — psychologically — to get back into a routine.
Last month, I was eating pretty well and ended with two very promising run/walks at a significantly faster pace. Since vacation, I’ve skipped two sessions of my running class for different reasons. But I will be there on Saturday. Being low on fruits and veggies when we returned is part of the problem. Lovely cantaloupe is part of the solution…
