Ok, this is meant to be a forum for me to talk about my days and how they are going, as I progress toward my weight loss goal. I’m hoping for a little inspiration as well as a place to let off steam.
At the moment, I’m doing weight watchers, though not going to meetings. Just following the “points” system. 24 points a day, 35 extra “flex” points for the week. I get extra points for exercising.
Today is going well so far.
Breakfast
1 fat free sugar free peach raisin bran muffin from downstairs restaurant/deli place – 7 points
coffee – 0 points
V8 Juice – 0 points (though probably should be 1)
Lunch
healthy choice traditional turkey breast dinner – 6 points
