a bit of a stressful afternoon but I didn’t snack, except for on that previously-mentioned yogurt. it’s diet coke time now as I try to get my work second wind.
Lunch
Healthy Choice Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo – 6 points + frozen broccolli cooked and chopped into pieces, and added to above meal then some Orbit gum to get the broccolli out of my teeth. 12 points left for the day.
Exercise: Just say no
Ran across this blog entry that equates exercise with other addictions. Funny take. thinking about it more deeply, though, it is all about finding a way to channel your negative feelings and emotions and avoiding self-destructive behavior. Hm.
